The Lost Paintings: Finished, But Not Ready

The Lost Paintings: Finished, But Not Ready

Before Painter’s Block, there was a collection that was already complete.

The Lost Paintings is made up of work I finished in 2024, but never released. Not because the pieces weren’t done, but because I didn’t have the motivation or inspiration to take the next steps. I wasn’t ready to photograph them, package them, or put them into the world.

Sometimes the block doesn’t stop the work — it stops everything that comes after it.

These paintings sat quietly while I worked through that pause. When I finally broke through with Painter’s Block, it became clear that these pieces deserved their moment too. Revisiting them didn’t require changing anything on the canvas — just changing where I was mentally and creatively.

This collection isn’t about unfinished work or revising the past.

It’s about honoring a body of work that was already there, waiting for the right time.

The Lost Paintings sits between chapters — created before the pause, released after the breakthrough. One of these pieces has already found a home, a reminder that timing matters as much as readiness.

This release closes out one era of my work and makes space for what’s coming next.

Thank you for supporting not just the art, but the timing behind it.
